Very worthwhile. Great instructors.

Certified instructors lead students of all levels through Vinyasa-style classes on scenic shores of North Avenue Beach

Yoga on the beach, like an unprepared chemistry student filling out a periodic table, adds the elements of sun, sand, and water. Get beach-ready beachside with this Groupon.

About Sun & Moon Yoga

The warm sands of North Avenue Beach make up the classroom floor of Sun & Moon Yoga, and the crashing waves of Lake Michigan serve as the soundtrack. Throughout the summer, certified yoga instructors lead students of all experience levels through Vinyasa-style yoga techniques, away from bikers, beach-goers, and running teams of David Hasselhoff impersonators. In addition to yoga classes, the studio hosts clinics, including specialty yoga classes geared toward runners and volleyball players.
