Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?
Owners Julia & Nancy know how busy and stressed today’s women are, so they created a casual and fun place for girls to exercise, hangout and have fun. You don’t need to be a star athlete to join and the instructors are friendly and professional. They offer classes everyday, Choose from a variety of classes - Zumba, Zumba Toning, Salsa, Hip Hop, Belly Dance, 90’s Dance Fit, Yoga, and Barre Class. Conveniently located in Central Richmond, it’s a 5 minutes’ walk from Aberdeen Skytrain Station, and lots of free parking.
What’s the most radical physical transformation you’ve seen a client make?
We offer a personalized weight loss program combining nutrition and exercise. We helped many students lose weight with no rebound, and still eat what they love. On average, students can loss 3-15lbs in their first month depending on individual condition.
Sweating to the oldies is acceptable, but sweating to the blues less so. Do you find that certain styles and genres of music generate more intense workouts?
Top 40’s and electro-pop music are great for high energy workout. Everyone loves to dance to Latin Music, and 90’s dance songs are our new favorites.
