Very small. Was in and out in 15-20 min. Was able to feed the primates though. My 2yr old niece enjoyed the visit.

I enjoyed myself during my visit and loved Flipper the Lemur doing flips as well as the other primates...I know the place is doing their best to continue to improve the lives of their animals

This place should be shut down by the State for cruelty to the animals.

We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the gate. However we were very saddened to see the animals. Most seemed to be very stressed. It is clear they are understaffed and underfunded. The place needs to be upgraded in its cages and presentation. Even my grandkids were saddened by what they saw.

Such a great experience! Beautiful grounds. These animals are no longer able to survive in the wild due to injuries, etc. They seem to be well taken care of.

About Suncoast Primate Sanctuary

Staffed by a corps of chimp-loving volunteers working alongside veterinarians, the nonprofit Suncoast Primate Sanctuary provides a safe haven for more than 100 rescued animals. Chimpanzees and monkeys swing freely in their enclosures, living out their days after being moved from other environments, including zoos, sanctuaries, and research centers, or retiring from the film industry as animal actors and studio executives. During public hours, children and adults can wander among the menagerie to feed the monkeys and meet other critters such as orangutans, macaws, lemurs, and alligators.
