Drawing on a performance history that includes TV segments on ABC, instructor Rachel teaches small groups of four or fewer students to take to the air during one-hour aerial yoga sessions. Clients perform traditional yoga stretches, poses, and inversions while suspended from loops of fabric, removing uncomfortable pressure from the head, neck, and spine.
