Here, skillets blend meats and vegetables with melted cheese for a hot, hearty entrée that's completely customizable to that morning's cravings. The six specialty varieties include the veggie skillet, whose host of produce includes onions, green peppers, and spinach, and the Cajun skillet, which folds Andouille sausage into a cheesy landscape of black beans, tomatoes, and onions. Patrons can also build their own, choosing from fold-ins such as mushrooms and country-fried steak.
