Quick and easy redeeming experience from Sunset Lash and Hair Gallery. They did not ask for tip or extra payment and knew exactly what to do. Furthermore, the service was super efficient and she did a great job with my lashes! Would purchase again.

Lien, here’s couple of suggestions to make the overall experience 4-5 stars:
1. Please make the table clients are laying on more comfortable. A lash lift is an hour long service. What you have now felt like an examination table at the doctors office. No one wants to be on the doctors office examining table for an hour.
2. Please make the room warm and inviting. What you have is a doctors office table in a cold room, no pillow for head support, no hip/leg pillows for extra comfort and the one blanket you provide smelled like the last client.
3. A lash lift, lash extensions and facials should be in a relaxing and comfortable environment. You were doing 20 things in the salon that relaxing was the last thing a client can enjoy on cold, and uncomfortable exam table.
I think improving on the above would greatly provide repeat customers. I love having facials, but the comforts you provide for a relaxing experience is severely lacking to say the least.
