- A cancellation or no-show within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, will be charged 100% of the service amount booked, as a room is being reserved for your appointment. A cancellation or no-show within 48 hours of your appointment, will be charged 50% of the service amount reserved. If you arrive late, no additional time will be given, and the full amount of the reserved service will be charged.
