Kim was super attentive and polite to all my questions, gave his input when asked and did a great job. The sweet lady at the front desk is lovely and kept a conversation with me while I waited for the service to be finished. My only complaint is the lack of communication. I was charged extra when I wasn’t expecting, so I wish they’d assess the vehicle and give an estimate beforehand.
