Had my dryer heat element replaced yesterday and technician recommended I have my dryer vent cleaned out. Referred me to Super Air Ducts Cleaning Crew. I was able to get next day appointment. When tech arrived he looked everything over, gave me a written estimate of the costs and an explanation of his service. He performed the cleaning and rechecked the air flow and noticed that I had issue with the outside vent cover. He advised I replace it and said he might have one on his truck. He did and he installed for additional charge. I am very satisfied with the service I received from Tom F and think the cost was reasonable for the services provided. I would recommend and use again!
