Although the work Ryan did was fine, I was very surprised when he told me the Groupon I had purchased only a week prior was "no longer good". In order to have him do the work, I was upcharged an additional $110 on top of the Groupon! I'm not sure if calling and speaking to Ryan directly prior to purchasing the Groupon would have helped clarify things. He is changing the company name soon to The Duct Guys.

Be careful when they arrive you will find out you aren’t getting much with this deal. They will charge you $75 per main duct and $45 a return. Ended up costing an extra $225 on top of Groupon. Very shady

We thank you for your review. The Groupon states everything that is included. It covers 10 supply vents, 1 Return Vent and 1 Main Duct. We do a free evaluation for each customer to let them know about any additional charges which are optional. If the customer just wants to stick to the Groupon we always honor the Groupon. The charge for an additional return vent is between $15-$25 not $45 for one.

I'm not sure it helped my on our electric bill. The guy seemed a little unprofessional on the phone, once he actually got to thrower he added on a lot of charges to the actual bill. Was way more then we wanted it to be.

We had thought everything had been cleaned thoroughly, even paid for extra sanatizing Lo and behold, there was so much dust that came up from the vents, and as we put our cameras into the vents, there were still dust wads and gunk in there I really liked the technician but I'm not impressed with the work that was done for the price we paid
