Ladies did a nice job!

We purchased the groupon to try out supermauds. They were scheduled for one day, but had to reschedule ar last minute. It was a bit of an inconvenience since we did not live at the place to be cleaned and had already traveled there to meet them by the time we got the text. They were accommodating upon reschedul8ng and made it the next day. As for the work, the lasies wemt through and did a decent job cleaning from top to bottom, from ceilung fans, to refigerator and appliances, to cabinets and other fixtures and sinls, to the floors. The only thing a bit subpar was the floor cleaning. They left streaks and seemed to rush it.

I was told I would have 2 cleaning people and only one came. I prepaid for the cleaning lady to stay 2.5 hours longer. I was in the basement to stay out of her way for the remainder of her time. I came upstairs to find that she'd left an hour before she was suppose to leave. I called and sent a text to report this and no one responded.

I would absolutely NOT buy this Groupon. The manager/owner Jessica is incredibly unprofessional. The maids showed up 2 hours late, without so much as a heads up call. I had to call them repeatedly for 30 minutes after our scheduled time before someone picked up and updated me. Once they had "finished" cleaning, the appliances had not been cleaned as we had agreed upon via email. I then had to wait around for this to be finished and I already had the apartment inspector there waiting (this was a move-out cleaning.) I would have much rather paid a company a more money for them to do a better job, and for it to not take up 5 hours of my day! This was an incredibly stressful experience and I not once received an apology for the inconvenience.
