What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Unlike other Crossfit Gyms, there is a maximum of 8 students per one coach. This way, we can provide personalized programming for each member. Through our approach, our members have seen tremendous progress within a month.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We have a spreadsheet for each client that tracks their fitness throughout our progarm. We also measure their body fat, weight, and other metrics and do monthly check-ups. In addition, our coaches and other members are like family, so everyone always feels encouraged.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I believe people can achieve their goals, they just needed the guidance and motivation. Unforunately, Corporate gyms hardly ever deliver that, unless it costed an arm and a leg. So 4 years ago, I started Surpass at home, and then expanded it to a real gym today
What do you love most about your job?
I've always loved helping people achieve more than they believe (surpassing the limit). In fitness, results are SO visible, which is amazing for an individual to see and experience. By helping people improve their lives, they can help others as well, which truly makes an impact in our world.
