Each class starts at 11a.m. or 2 p.m. on Saturdays or at 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. on Sundays. Class lasts one hour. Please arrive 15 minutes early. Participants will make four hand-rolled practice rolls and take home three rolls each. Two soft drinks are also included, but guests can purchase wine, sake, and half-priced domestic beer.
