The restaurant serves a variety of classic and unique sushi rolls, from the baked dragon roll with eel, crab, avocado, and cucumber, to the deep-fried crazy roll with spicy crab and avocado. The restaurant also offers weekly special rolls for those who want to try something new each day of the week. Fire in the Roll, for instance, contains spicy crab and jalapeno and is topped with seared tuna and fried garlic. But despite its name, there's more on the menu at Sushi Forest. Other Japanese dishes include entrees like chicken teriyaki and shrimp and vegetable tempura, as well as soups and noodle dishes like plain udon and miso.
