Sushi Station caters to diners who like their sushi served any number of ways, from à la carte sashimi to don-style, with seafood such as salmon, tuna, and eel served over a bed of sushi rice. There are also nearly two dozen types of maki, including the namesake Station maki with cooked whitefish and scallops rolled with tobiko, cucumber, eel sauce, and spicy mayo. Rolls can be paired with traditional sushi sides such as edamame, miso soup, and seaweed salad, as well as bowls of green-tea ice cream for dessert or a rebellious main course.
