Here, fabric straps dangle from the ceiling of the hardwood studio, awaiting the exercisers who grab, balance, hang, and lean on the straps to challenge their muscles with their own body weight, burning calories not just during the workout but throughout the day. Coaches lead personal-training sessions as well as group fitness sessions designed to simultaneously boost metabolism and shred fat five days a week, while giving guests the guidance they need to succeed.
