Q:

I can only take the adult clinics at night during the week. How do I know when I make purchase that the clinic and time I'm interested in will be available and not fully booked?

DianeHertz  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

You don't know 100% for sure. I suggest creating a profile on Mindbodyonline.com here: https://clients.mindbodyonline.com/ASP/adm/home.asp?studioid=35181 Then browse the classes you'd like and check availability to get a sense of how it looks.

Q:

I was rated 3.5 (on the lower end of 3.5) whenI played (though not regularly) about 8-9 yrs ago. I'd like to get back into tennis and wondering if the advance beginner clinic would be appropriate and challenging enough? Thank you.

dina p.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

I suggest Adv Beg. Sounds like you're not quite strong enough for Drill & Play which is mostly 4.0 - 4.5 players.

Q:

Will you be offering an Adult Clinic for 2.5 players?

Lynne I.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

You'll need to decide whether you're a beginner (someone totally new to tennis) or advanced beginner and choose between those two.

Q:

can i use the groupon for kids and slpit between my 2 kids? or can i buy for each kid and put them in a weekend clinic together?

Judy C.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Cannot split a package between 2 kids. Also, this package can only be used for the times listed and does NOT include the weekend clinic.

Q:

What is the level of skill of an "Advanced Beginner"?

Alison L.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Has some playing experience. Can sustain brief rallies, but needs to improve spin, control, technique and strategy. In other words, not a total beginner. Has at least picked up a racquet before.

Q:

do the "drill and play" classes count for 2 clinics? do we have to commit to a full 10 week session like the sutton tennis club website states?

Ben R.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

If you buy a 5 pack of Drill & Play classes, EACH class is 2 hrs long. Thus, Drill & Play obviously is a great deal because you get 10 hrs of tennis. But you MUST be intermediate to advanced level (3.5 - 4.5). No exceptions. The other programs like Beg Clinic and Adv Beg clinic are only 1 hour classes.

Q:

On the schedule for adult clinics, I see 1-hour clinics AND 2-hour drill & play. Can we do some drill & play and some adult clinics? Or do we have to do all 5 of the same thing?

John K.  asked on  Apr 4, 2013

A:

Must do all 5 of same thing. Cannot mix & match.
