Suvarnaphumi Thai Cuisine
There are two main things to know about Suvarnaphumi Thai Cuisine. One: It's pronounced "su-wan-na-poom." Two: Chef Jinny knows how to cook a meal fit for a king. After all, she learned cooking techniques used in the Thai royal palace while studying culinary arts at Rajabhat University.
The royal palace's techniques focus on the complex interplay among the taste sensations of sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and spicy—the names of the dwarves in Thailand's version of Snow White. So the cashew-nut chicken's spicy veggies pair well with the salty nuts and sweet sauce coating the chicken, and the spicy-basil seafood draws on the bitter taste of broccoli to balance the palate. Other entrees include a selection of curries, tofu dishes, and Thai barbecue spare ribs.
