As advanced workout techniques and technologies become available in the fitness industry, Sweat's staff does everything possible to incorporate those advancements into their space. That's apparent in features such as fitness-on-demand classes, which let members take a virtual class on their own time in disciplines like kickboxing, cycling, and Latin dance. Traditional group fitness classes are also available here, with a full schedule of mat Pilates, boot camp, and high-intensity cardio. There are also more specialized options, such as yoga sessions designed for athletes and group workouts from celebrity trainer Jillian Michaels. Alternatively, Sweat's members can go solo by taking advantage of the ground floor's numerous strength-training machines and the mezzanine level's assortment of treadmills, ellipticals, and fortune cookies that all say the same thing: "Get back to work."
