My first SWEAT class was great! Jennifer was tough and super pleasant at the same time. I was so pleased that I talked my best friend into getting a Groupon so we can take classes together! I can't wait to try the other classes!

It takes a certain kind of athlete to enter the ring, and the trainers at Sweat help their clients reach the proper physical shape and mental acuity necessary to go round-for-round in a boxing match or train for overall physical fitness. Their certified trainers lead more than 20 different boxing-inspired fitness classes per week, which range from boxing boot camp and core training to interval training on heavy bags, power training on heavy bags, and real fight training in the ring using mitts.
