I really have a problem with this "limited to new clients only"...what do you people do for your established loyal clients....I realize you are trying to grow your business but you must also work at retaining what you have.

First of all, great question and we agree completely. Our loyal clients are the backbone of what keeps the studio going. We love them and do offer client specials and incentives regularly. Do you get our e-mails? Those are sent out EXCLUSIVELY to our established clients a few times a month. In January we ran both a massage special and a limited facial series.
