Worst experience ever. Made me wait outside for more than 40 minutes. My appointment was at 3:20pm. Checked in before 3pm. Waited until 3:25 but the merchant still insisted that the room was not ready. Waited another 10 minutes and still no update. Asked to cancel the appointment but the merchant marked my Groupon as redeemed when I didn’t even use it. Do not go to this place ever. Worst customer service.

One of the most relaxing facial I had!
The ambient is great with beautiful music, she has a golden touch and her products smells great. One hour wasn’t enough I could let her work on my skin hours. I feel refreshed and my skin texture and pores look great. Highlight recommended.

Discovered this gem of a salon via Groupon, so glad that I did.
Sweet Almond Esthetics is a very inviting, cozy and local (to Berkeley environs) business. Kyonda is very knowledgeable and attentive to your skin.
From the offer of bottled water/fresh masks, heated pad to the curated music to the aromatic unguents - I felt very pampered during my basic facial. So much so, that I came back for a second treatment, the Vitamin C brightening facial and was just as delighted with the treatment.
Anyone seeking some pampering, this is the place for you!
