Couldnt reach over weeks. Tried to get as a gift for my fiance and never got any response from email or calls. On top of that it now says redeemed even though we were never able to reach her let alone redeem ...do not waste your time or money

Rachel does a great job of listening to my preferences and any requests. She seems to know which areas need work and how much before I even tell her, taking a very intuitive approach. I look forward to my next massage treatment!
