Describe a time your services really changed a client's life for the better.

On one occasion it was a mothers last request to have her youngest daughter get married. They decided to have an immediate family only wedding at their home. She called and asked if I would make an exception with such short notice to be there that evening to photograph the wedding and of course I did. To this day I get random text messages thanking me for my services because those were the last family photos they have with their mother.
