Sweetie-licious Bakery Cafe

As a child, Linda Hundt loved her Easy-Bake Oven. Using the recipes she learned from her elders, Linda often baked cookies with her twin sister, Laura. But instead of hoarding her treats forever, she founded Sweetie-licious Bakery Cafe in 2002 and began sharing them with hungry clientele at farmers’ markets and high-end restaurants.

Now stationed in a vintage brick building in DeWitt, Linda and her team—all clad in vintage aprons and pearls—create retro, housemade baked goods that are free of preservatives. She continues baking cookies and innovatively flavored cupcakes and muffins, but the core of her business is pie. Flavors such as cherry rhubarb, banana cream, and cherry blackberry peach have even garnered the bakery numerous awards over several years.

Great cookies and pie!

Yummmmm! I purchased their cookie groupon and shared the large box of cookies with friends. What a great treat and soooo big. I also got take-out lunch for friends and myself. Decided to try their vegetarian sandwich and it was very good. I also REALLY like their Quiche with a muffin for breakfast or lunch. And their pies are wonderful! They are a bit more $ but they are a bit more tasty too...worth the extra $ for a sweetie-licious special treat too. And they weigh a lot too, no skimping!
