What You'll Get
Massage, like a good interview, penetrates the surface, has long-lasting effects, and applies firm pressure until all felonies have been confessed. Make muscle knots dissolve with today's Groupon: for $39, you get a 60-minute deep-tissue or sports massage at Symmetry Therapeutic Massage Spa (a $75 value).
Symmetry Therapeutic Massage Spa's experienced massage therapists help patients reconnect with more relaxed bodies through soothing massages. Patients recline in sun-strewn private massage rooms as massage therapists invigorate tired muscles with strong fingers, palms, and inspirational power ballads. The one-hour deep-tissue massage uses firm pressure and long, slow strokes on muscles and connective tissue, increasing blood flow to problematic spots to promote healing. Therapists also target specific knots and trouble spots to alleviate chronic tension. For an even more focused foray into relaxation, the sports massage targets specific muscle groups depending on the athlete's sport. Sporty strokes aim to promote flexibility, improve endurance, and allow trash talk from the opposition to better bounce off of the body.

About Symmetry 360
Symmetry 360 sprang from the dream of two friends and fellow massage therapists who sought to demonstrate that massage could be used to better physical health. They started small, with a one-room office behind a Pilates studio. Soon, however, they found themselves juggling more appointments than they could handle. Just two years later, they moved into a sprawling new sports-partnered studio, creating a new source of relief for athletes whose massages previously consisted of lying in the middle of the turf during a game.
Today, Symmetry's founding pair leads 30 other licensed therapists, each with their own unique backgrounds and specialties. These practitioners treat clients with more than a dozen massage modalities, including neuromuscular massage, which relies on static pressure to relieve area-specific pain, and Thai Yoga. Services such as soothing steam therapy and invigorating dry body-brushing augment the offerings.
