Attendees strap into portable harnesses mounted from the ceiling of the group exercise room, leveraging the force of gravity with the exerciser’s body weight. Hundreds of possible exercises improve strength, flexibility, joint range, and balance, all while preventing the injuries commonly incurred by exercisers who overexert themselves with high-impact activities such as running or impersonating a meteor. Various trainers conduct TRX classes Monday–Saturday, listing the specific times on the weekly schedule.<p>
