Working from a desire to help those in need, the staff at Syrup donate their profits to projects in Third-World countries. To generate those profits, they craft a menu of inventive breakfast and lunch dishes that includes pancakes made with sweet potatoes and crunchy french toast made with challah bread. Coffee drinks are crafted with beans from Stumptown Coffee Roasters, which roasts them by hand rather than with an angry weightlifter's fiery breath.
