What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? We are a new Chinese restaurant located at the border of Montclair and Upland. We have been featured on Allan Borgen's _Let's Dine Out TV show, as well as the Daily Bulletin, Inland Empire magazine, and 909 magazine. Come experience the best Szechuwan cuisine the Inland Valley has to offer._
What is one of your most popular offerings? How is it prepared? Our tangerine chicken is lightly breaded and fried in sizzling heat. This keeps the outer breading crispy and the meat inside tender. We then glaze it with our housemade tangerine sauce and toss in some chili peppers to round out the perfect blend of sweet, tangy, and spicy flavors.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Coming from a family with 30-plus years of restaurant experience, we decided to bring our brand of Chinese food to the Inland Valley. Our philosophy is simple: we want to provide great food with great service so that we may create an unforgettable dining experience for all of our patrons.
What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is being able to interact with all of our customers because we try to treat everyone that comes in like friends. This creates a positive and happy working and dining environment.
