Choose Between Two Options

  • $19 for three 60-minute Sunday boot-camp classes (up to a $45 value)
  • $39 for an eight-week boot-camp program (a $120 value)

Eight-week programs run from January 6 to February 24, or from March 3 to April 28. Customers who purchase the three-class option can drop in to any session between January 6 and April 28. All classes meet indoors and are held four days a week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes are held from 6–6:45 a.m., and on Sunday classes are held at the following times:

  • 9 a.m.–10 a.m.
  • 10 a.m.–11 a.m.
  • 11 a.m.–12 p.m.
