T & A Boot Camp specialists Thom and Ashley and their team of fitness experts adjust their workouts based on the season. During warmer months, their outdoor routines focus on building teamwork and trust with group drills, whereas indoor, winter sessions become more intimate and personalized. Regardless of the climate, they lead classes through a mix of cardio and strength exercises, planning varied sequences that encompass weight training, aerobics, and core work. They also offer individualized personal training with creative program building for men and women of all ages that focuses on weight loss coaching, sports conditioning, high-energy circuits, muscle building, and strengthening.
