About Taco Maker Mexican Grill
Taco Maker Mexican Grill's origins date back to 1968, when Gil L. Craig, founder and taco-lover, saw an opportunity to serve Mexican food a little faster than the competition. He created fresh, quick-serve recipes that could be dished up fast, and the idea caught on. Though some of those early recipes have evolved over the years, the company still follows Gil's original strategy: cooking food from scratch, daily. This commitment has expanded from the very first kitchen in Puerto Rico to locations spanning North America, Latin America, and Asia.
