$59 for six weeks of unlimited boot camp classes (a $375 value)
$49 for $350 worth of boot camp classes and personal training sessions. One month of unlimited boot camp classes is $279 and one month of 12 personal training sessions is $55 per session.

Throughout the 30 boot-camp classes held each week, instructors lead creative, high-energy workout routines designed to torch calories and sculpt muscles. Additionally, students receive access to online workout videos, a weekly nutrition plan with simple recipes, a workout and nutrition journal, and before-and-after pictures and measurements. Boot camps run mornings and evenings, Monday–Saturday.
In personal training sessions, certified personal trainers customize and supervise workouts to suit each client’s goals and levels of fitness. Instructors also supply students with a detailed nutrition plan, which lists nutritious foods to embrace and unhealthy foods to avoid, such as snacks with high sugar content or crackerjacks with live snakes at the bottom of the box.

Grit City Fitness and Performance
Sunlight pours onto the exposed-brick walls of the Grit City Fitness and Performance private training facility, where exercise rings dangle from the ceiling and colorful weights line the shelves. Throughout the week, the facility is a flurry of motion as students of all ages and fitness levels undergo high-intensity exercise routines as well as personal- and team-training sessions. Personal-training sessions adhere to the specialty program designed by certified personal trainer and fitness aficionado Jeff Jowers, who combines fat-burning exercises with nutritional guidance to banish unwanted pounds more efficiently than traditional workouts or covering yourself in helium balloons. In team-training sessions, Jowers and his staff bring the same level of intensity, adding an element of teamwork that encourages all students to celebrate each other's successes, work harder to achieve goals, and hit new personal records.
