Throughout the 30 boot-camp classes held each week, instructors lead creative, high-energy workout routines designed to torch calories and sculpt muscles. Additionally, students receive access to online workout videos, a weekly nutrition plan with simple recipes, a workout and nutrition journal, and before-and-after pictures and measurements. Boot camps run mornings and evenings, Monday–Saturday.
In personal training sessions, certified personal trainers customize and supervise workouts to suit each client’s goals and levels of fitness. Instructors also supply students with a detailed nutrition plan, which lists nutritious foods to embrace and unhealthy foods to avoid, such as snacks with high sugar content or crackerjacks with live snakes at the bottom of the box.<p>
