After discovering CrossFit while in Thailand, trainer Morgan Hepfer opened Crossfit Tacoma to spread the versatile workout program to his hometown. An octet of trainers corral small groups of exercisers in the strength and agility-piquing classes, ensuring each participant individualized attention while blocking vengeful ex-recliners from disrupting class. Staff assists patrons in tailoring the intensity levels in CrossFit sessions to their personal capacities and individual fitness goals, and the six-day schedule helps seekers of svelte to achieve their mission.
Kettlebell sessions combine Russian kettlebell weights with the body’s natural resistance to work a wide range of muscle groups. In any one of 21 weekly sessions, held at Tacoma Strength and Conditioning, clients can boost muscular power and stamina, cardio-respiratory endurance, and the believability of their Hercules impersonations. The kettlebell class schedule is available here.
