My fear is that there are 12 people crowded around one hole all fighting for fish. Are there multiple holes drilled or do all 12 people stand around the same hole?

Absolutely not! Most days there will be as many as 40 different holes to fish out of spread out over a portion of the lake. This is done to ensure that we will catch a good amount of fish from several different species. Some lakes get crowded on weekends and in some instances less gear will get used to allow all anglers on the ice a fair share of the lake, but always enough gear to make for an enjoyable experience.
