About Takara Ramen
At Takara Ramen, each signature bowl of ramen comes filled with noodles and rich broth made in house such as the rich and creamy Tonkotsu or a lighter Shoyu. In Takara Ramen's kitchen, chefs prepare bowls of ramen in six different flavor profiles: Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Shio, Miso, Chicken Katsu Curry, and Pork Katsu Curry. Besides the usual toppings of slow cooked chashu and creamy soft-boiled eggs, they also offer toppings such as kimchi and tempura bits. If diners aren't in the mood for ramen, they can opt for Takara's specialty sushi rolls and bento boxes.
