At Takara Ramen, each signature bowl of ramen comes filled with noodles and rich broth made in house such as the rich and creamy Tonkotsu or a lighter Shoyu. In Takara Ramen's kitchen, chefs prepare bowls of ramen in six different flavor profiles: Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Shio, Miso, Chicken Katsu Curry, and Pork Katsu Curry. Besides the usual toppings of slow cooked chashu and creamy soft-boiled eggs, they also offer toppings such as kimchi and tempura bits.
