Is not a secure parking lot your car is parked on the street in Queens near the airport and there’s additional fee of $25. That’s not mention until you make the reservation.

Cause I parked in secured in a Fence lot. Looking at all negative reviews nobody says their car was damaged. Nobody says mileage is put on their car. A service fee may be applied depending on the vehicle of client. The fee of $25 is a one time fee. Clothes are not forced to pay the fee. They are given the option they say yes they say no when they say no we clearly informed them that the airport parking is above $85 per night. It is not far of my location. We do our best to provide the best service for anyone that comes to park with Us. We do our best to make sure we take you to your flight at the earliest convenience so nobody rushes at the gate thank you.

They dont have an assigned parking lo. They asked me to come to a random dunkin location and dropped me off to airport in my car. My return flight was at 1 am and when I called them at 1:20 no one came till 2 am when my kid got tired. I complained to them they simply said they will leave my car at a random location and asked me to pick it up on my own.

Hello to all. Yes Mr. Ganesh called at 1 AM at 1:20 and a driver was on his way to pick him up around 1:45 AM. Mr. Ganesh calls back complaining that the driver is taking too long. Mr. Ganesh spoke nasty to my driver and also threatened my driver. I the manager called Mr. goodness to inform him that we will not pick him up due to him, threatening the safety of my driver, my driver stated he will not feel safe, driving the car while the person threatening him is sitting behind him. I personally do not know where Mr. Ganesh comes from or is it acceptable from where he come from to threaten a person providing cable service. We informed them that his car will be at the designated spot we do our receiving and discharging. This is not a random spot. It is on the directions on the Groupon platform. We do our best to provide a safe passage way to and from the airport, but it is unacceptable for us trying to provide safety to be threatened for our safety over a Groupon voucher. We at this establishment take our safety to the highest level as we provide a safe passage to airport and from airport at a higher level it is also awkward that this gentleman did not mention his car was on, scratched no mileage and in the same condition as you left it.

Craziest experience ever!! I booked this last minute parking Groupon as I had an emergency and needed somewhere to park my car and the lots I typically use were all booked. I followed the instructions, called and was texted an address and advised of a $25 cash fee due opon arrival. I was also told to call 45 minutes prior to me arriving. Cool - omw I called, they confirmed and as I'm driving to the address I was originally given, I get a text to go to a different address. I call the number back asking about the change and they told me the lot was full to drive to their sister lot. The original address sent to me was 177-25 Rock
