Tall & Flex
In the 10 years that Leta Alamanou has been teaching mat Pilates, she has also trained in reiki healing, yoga, Thai massage, and shamanic healing in both Greece and the UK—settling finally in Canada. Today, she combines all her experience at Tall & Flex to lead small group classes that blend Pilates and Thai yoga massage into challenging and uplifting classes that aim to improve flexibility, core strength, and posture. Her classes incorporate meditation and holistic healing to quiet the mind and relax the body. When not leading the classes, Leta also performs Thai yoga massage on guests, easing open muscles in the back through reflexology, acupuncture, and meditation.
