The tour itself was great and so was our pilot but we were literally in the air for 10 minutes and I was really disappointed by that. I should have asked how long the flight was but I assumed for over $130 it would be at least a half hour to 45 minutes. As beautiful as it was, I don’t think it was a value for the money at all.

Grace our pilot, was so awesome! She was thorough and gave us a great tour. I would recommend Tampa Bay Aviation to anyone and would go again! We loved it!!!

About This Deal
- Certified flight instructor teaches the basic flight maneuvers and specialty operations, such as instrument training, emergency procedures, and waving at passing clouds. Then, in the pilot’s seat of a Robinson R22 helicopter, the instructor focuses on the takeoff, coastal flight, and landing processes from the passenger’s seat.
- This discovery flight can be logged toward flight time for a pilot’s license.
- What’s included:
- Up to 30 minutes of flight time in an R22 helicopter
- 30 minutes in the FlyIt helicopter flight simulator
