What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Each workout consists of one hour of calorie burning, muscle toning, boot camp training focused on improving cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, core stabilization, balance and strength using body weight exercises and a variety of equipment. Warrior Workouts are always different, but always fun.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
At Tampa Bay Warrior Fitness, we don't just build muscle; we build community. Warriors encounter and overcome obstacles together, encouraging and celebrating with each other. Outside of boot camp, Warriors participate in team events where they utilize the skills they've gained in training.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
After successfully leading participants in the US Army's Overweight PT Failure Program, Sgt. Rob McGary, now retired, chose to convert his passion for fitness into a new career, becoming a Certified Personal Trainer and continuing to help others achieve their fitness goals.

I love helping people embrace a happy and healthy lifestyle!
