What You'll Get
Like suspected jewel thieves, Indian curries get more interesting and complex the longer the heat is turned up. Discover unexpected depth with today's Groupon: for $15, you get $30 worth of Indian fare at Tandoori Grill in Valencia.
Tandoori Grill's chefs use a tandoor, a traditional handmade clay oven, to craft a menu of Indian fare including curries, breads, and kebabs. Emerging hot from the eponymous oven, yogurt-marinated tandoori chicken ($18.95 for a full order) tantalizes taste buds, and lamb shish kebabs ($11.95) waft aromatic herbs and spices as they arrive tableside with mint chutney and onions.
Chicken vindaloo ($11.95) and a cadre of spiced curry-laden potatoes pool over pillowy beds of steamed basmati rice ($3.95) served in a convenient trebuchet for easy cross-table sharing. Diners can soak up the flavors of entrees with warm, fresh naan stuffed with fresh garlic ($2.95), onions ($2.95), or even smaller pieces of naan.

About Tandoori Grill
Inspired by the traditional handmade clay oven, or tandoor, that roasts many of its signature dishes and breads, Tandoori Grill specializes in slow-cooked Indian recipes. White-meat chicken marinates overnight in a special house sauce before joining herb-steeped lamb and fish in the oven. Curries and kormas flavor lamb, chicken, prawns, and vegetables ready to be scooped up with 11 varieties of naan and other flatbreads. In the dining rom, paintings of the Taj Mahal and other Indian scenes dot burgundy-colored walls that match the tablecloths and clash terribly with redheads.
