Our experience was wonderful! I did the Cryo treatment and an hour float. I was worried about feeling claustrophobic in the pod since that is an issue with me, but it was not a problem at all! They’re big, there is an option to keep them open while you float, and it felt awesome! The Cryo treatment was cool (pun intended) and left me feeling charged up. The staff was great, the place was clean.

I loved my experience at Tao! Friendly staff, clean rooms and the Cryo and Float sessions were amazing. Since my visit 3 days ago, my chronic back pain has still not returned and I’ve slept better than I have in a long time.
