It also grants access to most live culinary demonstrations and special events, including celebrity meet-and-greets and appearances by a roster of chefs.
Lancaster Food, Wine, & Spirits Festival
The annual Lancaster Food and Spirits Festival showcases celebrity chefs, restaurants, wines, spirits, and vendors. More than 150 gourmet vendors pepper the convention floor. On the expo’s stage, local chefs and culinary personalities teach onlookers their cooking techniques and favorite recipes during demonstrations. In 2014, they welcomed the likes of Robert Irvine of the Food Network. Other educational add-ons include beer and wine seminars that explain why, despite popular opinion, grape soda doesn’t complement veal as well as chardonnay does.
