General admission lets attendees sample food, wine, and spirits from more than 150 gourmet vendors, and demonstrations and seminars are available for an additional fee payable onsite. It also grants access to most live culinary demonstrations and special events, including celebrity meet-and-greets and appearances by a roster of chefs.

Lancaster Food, Wine, & Spirits Festival

The annual Lancaster Food and Spirits Festival showcases celebrity chefs, restaurants, wines, spirits, and vendors. More than 150 gourmet vendors pepper the convention floor. On the expo’s stage, local chefs and culinary personalities teach onlookers their cooking techniques and favorite recipes during demonstrations. In 2014, they welcomed the likes of Robert Irvine of the Food Network. Other educational add-ons include beer and wine seminars that explain why, despite popular opinion, grape soda doesn’t complement veal as well as chardonnay does.

Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine, and Spirits

The annual Philadelphia Festival of Food, Wine, & Spirits showcases celebrity chefs, restaurants, wines, spirits, craft beers, and over 150 culinary vendors with savory items to stock the pantry. Sample world-class wines, spirits, craft beers, and tastings from fabulous chefs. On the Festival’s stage, local chefs and culinary personalities present their cooking techniques and favorite recipes. In 2016, the Festival welcomed Ayesha Curry of the Food Network and Kevin O’Leary of Shark Tank fame. Other add-ons include beer and wine seminars, exclusive VIP parties, and celebrity book signings.
