Fans of Taste of Chocolate on Facebook enjoyed their tour, giving four- or five-star ratings. > * A distinctive and exceptional event! It was fascinating learning how chocolate goes from bean to bar. You’re brought through an entire journey of the history, processes, recipes and then testing your chocolatier skills by making your very own truffles to enjoy at home. – Kristen > * We started our deliciously fun tour at Aura - where the Executive Chocolatier gave us some lessons on how to taste chocolate, most of us were able to restrain ourselves long enough to actually learn something before we dove into their treats and we ended up at the new Hotel Chocolat - where we were treated to some new chocolate flavor sensations. With several chocolate filled stops in between we might’ve actually walked enough steps to counter balance all the chocolate we consumed! If not, it was still a delightful experience. – Suzi

About Taste of Chocolate
The people behind Boston Chocolate School and Tours come from backgrounds as varied as chocolate itself, but all of us are seriously passionate about the food of the gods. Before any of us had an inkling that someday we’d be spending our days sharing this passion with others, we routinely devoured every tidbit of our favorite bean’s history and lore. We’d travel far and wide in search of new cacao-based experiences… tracking down tiny boutique chocolatiers based on a wisp of a rumor… and seeking out high-profile experts to answer increasingly arcane questions. Along the way, of course, were endless tastings.
