Using centuries-old recipes, the kitchen’s signature dishes add a contemporary flare without compromising the delectable taste of traditional homemade cuisine. The six-course dining experience lasts about 1.5–2 hours.

The hearty meats at Istanbul Grill each go through the same experience: cooks season every piece of lamb, chicken, or beef in the house-made marinade—a combination of olive oil and Mediterranean spices—before cooking. These delicacies are then artistically plated to compose dishes ranging from the kebabs and tatar kofte of Turkey to the fettucini alfredo of Italy. Sea bass, sea bream, and red snapper are all roasted whole, and falafel is drizzled with savory tahini sauce. No matter the dish or its origin, "everything is made right in the kitchen," the owner notes, with no frozen or mass-produced ingredients.
