David was an amazing guide. This is a food history tour, and he gives a thorough and detailed history of food origins in NOLA. This is a walking tour and a tasting, so expect to walk a lot and DON'T expect whole plates of food thrown at you. You will have some good bites, and it's worth just to hear David's other restaurant suggestions.
