Pioneer Square has been through a lot. A major fire that leveled the city, the Klondike gold rush boom and bust, and now it's becoming a premier culinary destination. The Taste Seattle Pioneer Square Food & Cultural Walking Tour will help you navigate the historic area -- and find the best off-the-beaten-path bars and restaurants. The relaxed three-hour walking tour covers about a mile of Pioneer Square and includes seven different tasting stops, where you can try wine and sake, plus sample food from local artisans and chefs. You'll also visit an urban waterfall and a national park as you learn about the neighborhood where Seattle was born.
Sample sizes vary and are meant to be a taste, not a full serving.
At this time the tour can provide food substitutions for vegetarians at most stops, but cannot make food substitutions for any other food allergies (such as gluten-free or dairy-free).
