Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

After the one or two hours of tattooing is up and depending on how much longer, will there be additional charges?

cameron e.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

We are going to try and make as many people happy as possible. Groupon wanted to have an hourly price. We usually price by the tattoo. Some artists are faster/slower than others. That makes hourly pricing unfair to the client. Just pick a tattoo that you really like, that is the most important part. If what you want is more, you will know before we start. You can then pick something smaller or we can work out something different. Our goal is as usual; make you happy so that you return and tell your friends. That is how we stayed in business for over 35 years!

More Questions and Answers

Q:

I see the tattoo deal is sold out. Will you be offering the deal again or consider selling another one?

Jesse W.  asked on  Sep 28, 2012

A:

The response has been overwhelming and we are grateful. We are starting a rain check list so that when these are done we can let the people that missed out have first chance at the next one. E-mail me your contact at paul@tattoofactory.com and you will be on the list. We also will give you a huge discount at the store if you come when we are not to busy. Just tell us then that you missed the Groupon and would like another chance. (Whisper this please... Not fair to the clients already in the store ;)

Q:

Are there any artists which are excluded from the groupon deal?

Naomi R.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Dawn Grace is not included, she is booked up. Some of the others have limited availability and you would have to wait for them.

Q:

Is this good for a cover up and do you have any specific days or times it can be used

blanca c.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

Yes, cover ups are great. The weekends are usually busier than the weekends so during the week is best.

Q:

Does the deal include cover ups and do you have certain dates and times you can go in

blanca c.  asked on  Sep 26, 2012

A:

Yes, cover ups are great. I hate seeing bad tattoos when almost any tattoo can be fixed! Timing is according to availability. The week days are usually slower than the weekends.

Walk ins are usually OK. During the week is better than the weekends.

Q:

Would the $99/ two hr Groupon be sufficient if you wanted a few small tattoos and one cover up ie: small breast cancer symbol, a name, and a small cover up? Or does it only cover one tattoo? I'm not trying to be greedy or "abuse" the Groupon I just wanted to know .

SAMIKIA H.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

It's only good for one but stop in and explain everything you want. We will hook up a person that wants more than one tattoo.

Q:

What is I purchase the 2 Hour Deal but do not reach two hours. Do I get a refund or a wavier for another tattoo? Can I get two smaller tattoos for the two hours instead of one big one?

ashley m.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

What if you just take advantage of a good deal and not try and make it more than what it is meant to be? Part of what makes Groupon great is people getting a good deal. Part of what makes Groupon suck is people wanting a deal on the deal.

Q:

Do you do white ink tattoos?

Anna K.  asked on  Sep 25, 2012

A:

We do not recommended getting a tattoo in white. We can highlight tattoos with white ink but for an entire tattoo to be done in white is kind of a waste of $ and pain. That being said... we will do them. We do not guarantee all white tattoos and if you decide that you would rather have color you will be charged again.
